(2) Please specify the calibration temperature range, thermometer diameter, immersion depth in the calibration request form and send all relevant documents (manuals, certificates etc) 
(3) As a calibration acceptance criteria; the maximum diameter of the platinum based thermocouples should be 7 mm and its protection tube should be of very clean ceramic material. 
(4) Please note that laboratory will not be held responsible for any damages occurring to the equipment during the calibration process and up to 50% of calibration price will be demanded in case the instrument under calibration malfunctions or shows instability.

(6) Calibration price is determined for up to five calibration points. Additional points will subject to extra price. 
(7) Calibration points that should lie within -80 °C and 200 °C should be specified by the customer.
