If you accept our offer, 15% of the total test fee must be paid in advance within 5 business days in order to reserve the specified dates for you. In order to provide the requested service, the remaining balance must be deposited in advance and the payment receipt must be sent to our institute at least 5 days before the service date. For tests cancelled up to 30 days before the service date, 15% of the previously paid amount will not be refunded and it will be invoiced and the remaining balance will be returned to you, if any. If the requested services are not cancelled in writing until 30 days in advance, 25% of the total test fee will be invoiced. If the customer does not come for testing on the specified date and postpone the tests, the daily room usage fee for radiated emission tests in our Industrial Services Catalogue will apply.

The calibration fee is valid for TÜBİTAK UME's standard calibration frequencies. Additional measurement frequencies, if requested, may be charged separately.
