(1) Accredited Service  
(2) 30% of the test fee will be added to the total test fee for each additional operating mode and/or each additional port/phase.  
(3) 50% of the test fee will be added to the total test fee for each additional operating mode.  
(4) 10% of the test fee will be added to the total test fee for each additional application point.  
(5) 30% of the test fee will be added to the total test fee for each additional 900 cm2 area of the EUT surface.  
(6) The stated fee is valid for a dwell time up of 6 s maximum. %50 of the test fee will be added to the total test fee for each additional time period of 6 s.  
(7) 50% of the test fee will be added to the total test fee for the frequency range of 18 GHz –- 40 GHz.  
(8) 50% of the calibration fee will be charged if the equipment under calibration is found to be defective.  
(9) The test/calibration fee is determined in accordance with the tests/calibrations to be performed.  
(10) If determination of a threshold value is requested, it will be charged extra in the scope of Daily Use of Semi Anechoic Chamber (Radiated Immunity)  
(11) If determination of a threshold value is requested, it will be charged extra in the scope of Daily Use of Screened Room (Conducted Emission-Immunity)  
(12) The calibration frequency range is determined as per manufacturer specifications.  
(13) Horn antenna measurements will be performed in the vertical polarization. The other antenna measurements will be performed in the horizontal polarization.

(19) If you accept our offer, 15% of the total test fee must be paid in advance within 5 business days in order to reserve the specified dates for you. In order to provide the requested service, the remaining balance must be deposited in advance and the payment receipt must be sent to our institute at least 5 days before the service date. For tests cancelled up to 30 days before the service date, 15% of the previously paid amount will not be refunded and it will be invoiced and the remaining balance will be returned to you, if any. If the requested services are not cancelled in writing until 30 days in advance, 25% of the total test fee will be invoiced. If the customer does not come for testing on the specified date and postpone the tests, the daily room usage fee for radiated emission tests in our Industrial Services Catalogue will apply.  
(20) The calibration fee is valid for TÜBİTAK UME's standard calibration frequencies. Additional measurement frequencies, if requested, may be charged separately.
